HOW CAN I PAY?
At Lara Moti we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.
You can also pay by bank transfer (Account Holder: Castañé Tándem, SCP, current account number ES48 2100 3447 7722 0009 6609. Please include the order number with your payment, and send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org).
The delivery time depends on the destination. Shipments to mainland Spain usually take 2-3 working days from the date of purchase if the product is in stock.
Payments via bank transfer:
Once the payment details have been verified, delivery times will be as above.
If you make a return by phone, we’ll explain what you need to do.
If you prefer to make the return by email, you’ll need to specify the date of purchase and the address the items were sent to so that they can be collected. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. A copy of the order invoice must be included with the package.
Once we have verified that the returned merchandise is in perfect condition, we’ll notify you by email, and the refund of the corresponding amount will be credited to the card or bank account that was used to make the purchase.
Made-to-order or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective. In which case the product will be replaced.
Lara Moti reserves the right to refuse any returns requested or sent after the deadline has expired, or where the return of items that are not in pristine condition is requested.
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return an item.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Product prices will be those indicated on our website, unless there is an obvious mistake. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on our page are correct, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error regarding products you’ve ordered, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price, or to cancel it. If we’re unable to contact you, we’ll cancel the order issue a full refund.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will try to restock as soon as we can. If this isn’t possible, we’ll be in touch to offer you other options or a refund.
At Lara Moti we only sell products that are in perfect condition, so if you receive a defective item, or an item that you didn’t order by mistake, please contact our Customer Service Department.
